Per your request for electrical budget pricing on the above referenced project, Gaylor Electric,
Inc. is pleased to submit this proposal for your consideration.
Gaylor Electric’s total budget price for the electrical construction on the above referenced
project is as described below:

PRIMARY
• Install receptacles in stage left and stage right coat closets.
• Move power from existing light realer to new amp racks (x2) in attic.
• Replace (6) 20-amp breakers to 30-amp breakers.
• Demo 400-amp Company switch
• Install a new 400 amp disconnect and 200-amp panel in place of the Company
Switch.
• Install and wire (1) motor control box, (1) motor power box and (2) motor boxes in
attic.

• Primary wiring
• Performance and payment bonds
• Bid bond
• Rock Excavation
• Job overtime to meet accelerated construction schedule
• Temperature control conduit and wiring
• Lightning Protection System and Design
• Roof penetration and patching
• Cutting of ceiling tiles for electrical scope of work
• Bollards for new electrical equipment
• Field Painting
• Utility company charges, fees or deposits
• Removal of excavation spoils off site
