Force Tech Platinum Support - 5 Year
Platinum Support Agreement: 5 Year Coverage
* Force Tech warrants the installation labor and workmanship of the project while covered under a Support Agreement
* All equipment provided as part of this project is covered by the Manufacturer's stated warranty
* Force Tech extends hardware and software warranties while covered under a Support Agreement
* Phone Support, 15 minute response time, included at no additional charge
* Remote Support, 1 business hour response time, included at no additional charge
* On-Site Support, 1 business day response time, included at no additional charge
* Remote, on-site, and phone support is available Monday - Friday (8am - 11pm EST) through Force Tech Support (support@force.tech). Remote support requires system access to a computer on premise.
* Remote monitoring appliance included
* Software updates and manufacturer bug fixes included
* Software changes for quality of life UI improvements included
* Shipping fees for warranty claims included
* This agreement does not cover any consumables, system design changes, programming changes (other than quality of life UI improvements) after date of completion/acceptance by the Client
* One annual system check-up visit is included
