Force Tech Silver Support - 1 Year


Silver Support Agreement: 3 Year Coverage

* Force Tech warrants the installation labor and workmanship of the project while covered under a Support Agreement
* All equipment provided as part of this project is covered by the Manufacturer's stated warranty (Typically 1-Year).
* Remote monitoring appliance included.
* Phone Support, Response Time is best effort, included at no additional charge
* Remote Support, Response Time is best effort and billable at the standar hourly rate of $146.00/hr in 1/2 hour increments.
* On-Site Support, Response Time is best effort and billable at the standar hourly rate of $146.00/hr in 1 hour increments, including travel.
* Remote, on-site, and phone support is available Monday - Friday (8am - 11pm EST) through Force Tech Support (support@force.tech). Remote support requires system access to a computer on premise.
* This agreement does not cover any consumables, system design changes, programming changes (other than quality of life control system UI improvements) after date of completion/acceptance by the Client
