Force Tech Standard Support - 1 Year


Standard Support Agreement:

* Force Tech warrants the installation labor and workmanship of the project for a period of one year from the date of completion.
* All equipment provided as part of this project is covered by the Manufacturer's stated warranty.
* Manufacturer warranties do not cover labor, diagnostics, or shipping fees. Any fees incurred in the handling of warranty claims are billable to the Client.
* Remote, onsite, and phone support is available Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm EST) through Force Tech Support (support@force.tech). All services are billable at time of support. Remote support requires system access to a computer on premise.
