One Day (8 hours) of Online 'Limited' Operational Training for Mira Express or Mira+ replay system via online internet session for one to four students. Due to physical nature of Mira Control Surface panel, online operational training is 'limited' and is less effective than on-site
operational training.
Requirements at customer site: High-Speed Internet Connection (6Mb/s or higher); online
session must be viewed on Computer Display with minimum 24in screen size (larger is recommended!) and with minimum 1920x1080 native resolution (3840x2160 is best!). 6-10 weeks advance scheduling notice (ARO) is required. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with their cancellation or rescheduling of online services. Once a purchase order is received, all Ross Video commissioning and/or training services may be scheduled by sending an e-mail request to: services@rossvideo.com.
