Unlimited Helpdesk Phone and email support included

All times refer to FTS regular business hours: 8a - 5p, Monday - Friday.
- Helpdesk phone support - response time within fifteen (15) minutes.
- Remote service and diagnostics - response
time within one (1) business hour.
- Helpdesk email support - response time within eight (8) business hours.
- Onsite Technician - response time within eight (8) business hours
