Gold Support provides software updates and technical support for Lightspeed Live Capture Software. Monday through Friday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM Pacific Time (PT) excluding holidays with 4-6 hour response time during regular business hours.
24 hour access to Customer Portal Cases, Knowledgebase & Educational Content. Also provides 2 annual Remote Health Check-Ups. Qualified customers also receive 1 Monthly Case Review and SDK Support. For our EMEA customers we offer support from 9:00am - 6:00pm Central European Time (CET) excluding holidays.
After the first year this support option also requires the purchase of LS-LIVE-MS-EXT, the extended hardware warranty for the Lightspeed Live server.
