response time during regular business

Customer Portal Cases, Knowledgebase
& Educational Content. For our EMEA
customers we offer support from 9:00am
- 6:00pm Central European Time (CET)
excluding holidays. After the first year this
support option also requires the purchase
of LSLIVE- MS-EXT, the extended
hardware warranty for the Lightspeed
Live server.
