per session.Telestream offers scheduled
support services for customers with
current maintenance and support
contracts. This service is sold on a per
session basis. One session can be up to
a maximum of four hours and cannot be
split into multiple sessions. These
offerings are delivered via the Web and
Phone only. Scheduled services are
geared for support during and after
normal business hours. 24 hour
advanced scheduling is required.
