Telestream determines your unit needs to be replaced: Telestream will ship a direct permanent replacement unit to your location. Includes pre-paid overnight freight of permanent replacement and ground return of the defective unit. The defective unit must be shipped back to Telestream, immediately following receipt of replacement unit. Can be purchased directly for first year coverage. After the first year this support option also requires the purchase of V-LSK20-MS-EXT, V-LSK80-MS-EXT, V-LSK80SSD-MS-EXT or V-LSK40SSD-MS-EXT respectively. Only available for the first three years of ownership. Not available for B-Stock units.Note: Overnight delivery may not be available in some countries outside of Europe and North America.
