One day of online training. 6-10 weeks advance scheduling notice (ARO) is required. Training is online on Ross Video supplied equipment. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with cancellation or rescheduling of online services. Once a purchase order is received, all Ross Video commissioning and/or training services may be scheduled by sending an e-mail request to services@rossvideo.com.
